Abstract To obtain further insight into molecular mechanism of muscle contraction and its regulation by analyzing through researching on force measurement of single fiber, myofibrils and myocytes. In our research, we have designed a novel force measurement transducer which could apply for biological applications; especially it could change the range of frequency that is very useful for the measurement. We have been used techniques of atomic force microscopy (AFM) for our research. We succeeded to measure force during contraction in glycerinated single fibers.
